The merchants house combined with the old mill bakery
Very late Tudor style, although displaying a wealthy
owners use of close studding in the framework much
used in earlier centuries the
house exhibits
refinements such as a central chimney stack which
would warm all rooms of the house,
the model can be considered as either
the Old Mill Bakery with additional living accommodation or the Merchants house with a Mill/shop incorporated.
Shown here fitted as a Tavern but it
will suit various occupants!
This lovely building combines the watermill
with the Merchants house and can be made
with or without the shopfront
