Breastshot mills are a variation in the way the in which the water hits the wheel, in this case its just above its midpoint and is
built this way because the landscape does not permit a good head of water to enable an Overshot mill.
The model is shown here during
its consruction, the 'rusty 'wheel is made from 1/32" ply
